Exciting new development with formation of Mission Partnership between Mitre Benefice and Parish of Earlham in April 2018.
The purpose is to share vision and to make the most of the many missional opportunities in Earlham. This is one of the most deprived parishes in Norwich with a population of 20,000 and 17,000 students at UEA.
There are three diverse churches each seeking to serve a distinct area of the parish but with few people to engage in this vital work. At present only one of the churches has any provision for children or young people within worship.
Ways to get involved:
Come to the prayer and praise evening for Earlham Parish on 2nd Thursday of month in St Mary’s church Hall Hutchinson Rd NR5 8LP. First one is on Thursday 13th September at 7.30pm.
Look out for ways to serve in Earlham as they develop.
